I need advice on moving out?

I want to move out. I can start double shifting at my job again, which is technically only part time, and move out by myself. I'd make 1400 to 1600 a month, and I'd pay only 160 for gas, and only 80 for a phone bill. I'd pay 150 for auto insurance, if that is a correct quote, that is(I was in an accident late december that was my fault), and, as for rent, there are two places I could go if I move out by myself. I could take the 700 dollar house, which includes all utilities and wifi and have about 350-600 remaining for food and things. Or, I could move in with a roommate. The rent would be only 500, and all utilities would be paid, and I'd be left with 500-700 a month. What should I do? Are either of these options financially viable? Am I overlooking other things I need to buy, not furniture, have that handled?

Insurance payments for a car?
I have a 2007 nissan altima sedan. Obviously 4 doors, v4 engine. And I wanna know how much I would pay for insurance a month. I have mercury insurance and I want a rough estimate. Here's the thing. I'm 18. And a guy. (Idk if that matters) but since I'm gonna pay for the insurance. I wanna know a little more info on everything. This isn't my first car. I had a 92 Honda Accord and my mom told me that my portion was a little more than 200/more. I read that they may charge more for cars older than 1997.so if any one has experience or if they are dealing with the same issue I'm having. Any info would help. Thanks."

it depends on if your a heavy smoker or just smoke a few times. if they ask for health records then you will be in a higher quote, but also when they ask you question on health and you answer honestly it will help you in the long run because then you will be covered for the need of that disability since your health assurance new you can since you are a smoker. but it depends on if your a heavy smoker or just smoke a few times."

Life insurance in the military?
I was just trying to understand the policy my main thing is in the unfortunate event of my death. Who gets the money? How much do they get I've seen it's up to 400,000 but I'm sure you don't get all of that. I've also read that you would have had to be active duty for more than 24 months to receive the insurance. What happens if you die during your first few months. How is your family taken care of. Again I'm not trying to be all dreadful but the reality of death is very real you could be going back to base & get hit with a roadside bomb. Thank you service member who risk your life so I can enjoy mine. Thank you"

If men have to pay more for car insurance then why aren't women paying more for health insurance?
You can use the same exact argument they use against men to increase their car insurance. http://www.jfponline.com/purls/Pages.asp?AID=2450 From the departments of Family and Community Medicine (K.D.B., E.J.C.) and Internal Medicine (J.A.R.) University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, Sacramento; and the Division of Statistics (R.A.) and the Department of Economics (L.J.H.), University of California, Davis, Davis. Reprint requests should be addressed to Klea D. Bertakis, MD, MPH, Department of Family and Community Medicine, 4860 Y Street, Suite 2300, Sacramento, CA 95817. E-mail: kdbertakis@ucdavis.edu. BACKGROUND: Studies have shown that women use more health care services than men. We used important independent variables, such as patient sociodemographics and health status, to investigate gender differences in the use and costs of these services. METHODS: New adult patients (N = 509) were randomly assigned to primary care physicians at a university medical center. Their use of health care services and associated charges were monitored for 1 year of care. Self-reported health status was measured using the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36 (SF-36). We controlled for health status, sociodemographic information, and primary care physician specialty in the statistical analyses. RESULTS: Women had significantly lower self-reported health status and lower mean education and income than men. Women had a significantly higher mean number of visits to their primary care clinic and diagnostic services than men. Mean charges for primary care, specialty care, emergency treatment, diagnostic services, and annual total charges were all significantly higher for women than men; however, there were no differences for mean hospitalizations or hospital charges. After controlling for health status, sociodemographics, and clinic assignment, women still had higher medical charges for all categories of charges except hospitalizations. CONCLUSIONS: Women have higher medical care service utilization and higher associated charges than men. Although the appropriateness of these differences was not determined, these findings have implications for health care."

Insurance Question/Calculations?
Insurance Calculations Given a patients remaining deductible (Deductible), co-insurance responsibility percentage (CoInsurance), co-payment (CoPayment), and maximum out-of-pocket (OutOfPocketMax): 1)Use those parameters to write an equation to calculate the estimated patient cost for a $1,000 test. (You can use Excel notation if you want.) * 2)Using the same parameters, write the equation for the insurers expected payment, in the case of a $1,000 test. Calculate the patient's responsibility with the following parameters: 1) Deductible=$100, CoInsurance=15%, CoPayment=0, OutOfPocketMax=$1,000. A patient has a PPO plan with a $250 deductible with none of the deductible met. The plan has a co-insurance of 30% with no co-pay for lab services. 1)Solve for this patient's responsibility Thanks for the help!"

I'm 18 years old and low income. Will I be eligible to apply for medicaid while attending college?
I grew up in a very low income family, and I have always had health insurance, it's has just been through the state. When I turned 18 years old, I had the insurance taken away from me. I really want some type of insurance as a prevention, but there is no way I can afford a plan that is $300+ a month. I'm going to be attending a University in the fall of 2015 (I'm currently a HS Senior) and I need insurance in order to attend, and If I am able to get medicaid through my state since I'm 18, will I be coverage in a different state while attending college there or do I have to apply for medicaid in the state that I'm going to be residing in for four years? But my main question is if I'm living with my parent, but I'm 18 will I be able to apply for the very insurance I had taken away from me since I turned 18?"

I heard from a friend that once I turned 21 I could have cashed it in, for the $10,000 but that dosent sound right..If I do decide to cancel or cash it in how much would I get if anything. I'll probably end up keeping it since Ive had it for so long Thanks in advance"
